Your Body, THE Place to Be.

So here you are, just coming back from that wonderful life-changing seminar, ready to go! You are on your way home with the utter believe you finally found it.
You finally will be able to do it. You finally understand how life works.
You are filled with positive energy.

You think: „YES! I can do it. I am doing it already. The future is mine. Things will change now. It all will be happening as soon as I project it into the universe. The universe will listen and then answer me, providing me with endless fortune. I will be on top of the wave, constantly! This time things are different, this time I dare to take the big leap……“

…… waking up a few days later, it al feels different.
Where is that life-changing experience you had for a few days?
Where did this victorious mindset and positive drive disappear to?

„Why am I so tired? Why do I feel down? Where is the happiness and joy? Where is al that vitality?“

You ask yourself:

„What is the matter?“

To me, the loss of all that highly vibrating energy has mainly one reason: it is the body which cannot hold this energy. It cannot transform it into reality.
What we often forget is to recognise and experience the body as an intelligence of its own. Mostly we see it as a thing which we can fill with several things like food, emotions, thoughts.
A thing which works like some kind of chemical factory: you put something in and something comes out.
Even meditations or exercises are often just planted into the body because we are convinced it will be good for the body.
The body absorbs everything we put in, transforming it all into matter, and by doing so, it is forming itself.
And to a certain extent, this works fine.

So…. „what is the matter?“

As a matter of fact, it is our very own body which is the matter.
And this matter matters a lot, it is our very own centre of the world we live in, of our live, of our perception of reality, without it we do not exist as human beings.
If we dive into this body-matter we meet several layers of tissues with different shapes and functions: our muscles, bones, nerves, organs, fascia and so on. If we go deeper, we meet our molecules and atoms and much smaller particles, with a lot of space inside of them, and a lot of space between them. In fact, there is more space than matter in our body. Our body cells need space to exist at all, and they need space to move.
I would like to put it even more strongly:
The body is one big vibrating coherent expression around an empty space, and the intelligence, the life-force which is responsible for this, which has created this, must be endless. It is impossible to completely understand how this pulsating system can stay together at all, during a lifetime, during a year, a week, a day!

It is a true miracle!

Our body is the only place we can really be, it is THE place to be, the only place where ALL our experiences start, our only true space of reference.
To listen to that place, to be aware of the space it shows, the enormous energy inside that space, gives us the wonderful opportunity to release everything which is holding us back from being in that same body-space.
It helps us in letting go of everything we do not need to be vital, healthy and happy, all things which simply do not belong there.

I invite you to join me on a journey the coming weeks and subscribe to the guide for simple movements, in which we will go on a very simple journey, to experience the body and to feel how good it is to be present in that body.
It is free and will cost you only a little bit of time.
The main purpose will be, to feel the body through simple movements. Through movement we are able to release everything which is kept and hold and stored in our bodies. Everything that is disturbing us, holding us back, intoxicating us and show up as dis-eases, feeling disconnected from ourselves.

We will experience the various principles of movement like time, space and force, and  also the movement of breath (for all living beings which need oxygen).

Without these, there is no movement possible, thus no space and no possible awareness of that space.
You can do the movements by yourself, at home or wherever you would like.
Some things in the guide you can do together with a friend like simple bodywork, and some simple movements together.
It is no heavy therapy, it is no exhausting physical training, no difficult-to-learn new method, it is a light and pleasant journey into your body.
We will discover that it is possible to be present in the body and actually enjoy it, inviting with our presence vitality, health and happiness.
